Out-Patients: Barrow Physiotherapy is contracted out of Medical Aid. Patients or guardians are responsible for settling their bills at the time of their appointment and subsequently claiming reimbursement from their Medical Aid. Exceptions to this policy may be considered with proper motivation.

In-Hospital Patients: For patients receiving treatment in the hospital, bills are automatically sent to their Medical Aid on their behalf for payment. In the event that the Medical Aid does not settle the bill, the responsibility for payment remains with the patient.
